Footwear

Footwear must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. We will not accept a return for any footwear that have been worn outdoors.

All orders once delivered can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. DEBONAIRE LONDON does not cover the cost of return.

Any trainers
that do not meet the above requirements, will be rejected, and returned to you.

Return postage is at the buyer's own cost and risk. All items to be returned via tracked mail to ensure returns arrive safely. No refunds will be given for any items that go missing in the post. 

Our return process takes up to 10 working days once we receive the item/s back to us. We endeavour to have these completed as soon as possible for you.
